Our partners, investors and we ourselves are able to fully fund your scale-up to China. We typically work with joint ventures, but also other forms are possible.

The only exception to the funding is your own legal fees. We have a strong belief that a scale-up company needs to have its own, independent, legal support. We typically take care of the preparation of all the legal documents, making sure they are consistent and coherent with the various partners, investors and other parties involved. We organise and pay for these legal fees. You need to make sure that you protect your interests by reviewing these documents with your own legal expertise.
